Data collection and using for contract settlement

The company "BuyMir Online-Shop für asiatisches Kunsthandwerk" cares about the protection of your personal information. Because of that we follow the protection of privacy by law and the corresponding data protection regulations. These conclude from the EU-Data Protection Act (DSGVO) and the Telemedia Act (TMG). Furthermore apply all other data protection regulations to us. We treat your information as confidential and with great care.
To process the sales contract we need your inventory data (e.g. Name, address and e-mail address). We will save and work with these information under consideration of the DSGVO and TMG. This is done in a trusting cooperation with centron GmbH, Heganger 29, 96103 Hallstadt, within the framework of an order processing agreement.

The information will only be used to fulfill the sales contract (e.g. give the address to the mail-order firm). After fulfilling the tax and commercial law's period of retention we will delete your inventory data.

Data usage at registration for newsletter: For the registration to our E-Mail-newsletter we use the necessary data to send this letter to you regularly. It`s possible to sign off the newsletter everytime by sending a message to our contact or using a link in the newsletter.

Informative rather and contact possibility
At all times you maintain the right to let the data be deleted by us. You do not have to give a reason.
